Justin joined Michigan Solar Solutions as a Site Survey/Service Technician, bringing a diverse background in engine mechanics and HVAC. Known for being a quick learner, Justin adapts easily to new challenges and excels both independently and as part of a team. His strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality make him a valuable addition to the MSS team. Outside of work, Justin enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and spending time with his daughters, especially bug collecting and exploring the outdoors together.

Michelle joins Michigan Solar Solutions as a Service Associate, bringing more than 20 years of customer service experience to our team. Her passion for helping people and providing exceptional service makes her a valuable addition to the MSS family. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time relaxing at her cabin on Rose Lake, where she can unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

Chelsea joins our team as a Service Associate, bringing a strong technical background with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, an emphasis in Cyber Security, and additional education in Criminal Justice. Chelsea enjoys solving technical challenges and has a passion for building and repairing computers. Outside of work, she’s an avid animal lover and proud pet parent to her husky, Maggie, and two cats, Stella and Kali. When she’s not working with technology, you’ll likely find her playing video games, enjoying Dungeons & Dragons, or spending time on the lake kayaking.

Gabe Vincelette joined MSS in August 2025 as a Service Manager. He brings a strong background in business administration from Cleary University, along with specialized training from the NYS Renewable Energy Training Center and multiple solar industry certifications. With a focus on micro-grids and combined heat and power systems, Gabe is passionate about advancing sustainable energy solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, hiking, and spending time in nature.

Casea  joined MSS as an Electrical Apprentice on March 10, 2025. He holds an active electrical apprenticeship license and has a strong background in electronics and computers.

Outside of work, Casea is a passionate hobbyist photographer who enjoys spending time outdoors, especially mountain biking and hiking. He also has a keen interest in building computers and gaming. Casea is deeply committed to safety, wildlife conservation, and leading a stress-free life.

Michel joined our team in October 2024 as a Service/Site Surveyor. He attended Airstreams Renewables Inc. and is currently studying at Macomb Community College. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Michel brings dedication and skill to his role. In his free time, he enjoys working on cars. His background and interests make him a valuable addition to our team.

Rei joined our team in October 2024 as a Site Surveyor. He studied at Dorsey Trade for Electrical and has spent the last four years working in construction and demolition. Outside of work, Rei enjoys staying fit, is deeply religious, and has a passion for art. His diverse skills and personal interests make him a valuable asset to our team.

Amy has been a service associate with Michigan Solar Solutions since 2022. She has over 30 years of customer service experience. She works closely with the homeowners to help achieve all their solar needs. In her time off she enjoys crafting, canning, spending time with her family, as well as saving lives and taking care of her elderly neighbors.

Christine joined MSS in early 2021. She brings several years of customer service and business management experience. She has multiple certifications in leadership and management training. When Christine is not at work, she is a devoted mother and also enjoys coin collecting and metal detecting.

Kyle has been with MSS since late 2019. Since joining our team, he has played a key role in the development of our fully staffed Service Department. As our first licensed remote pilot, Kyle developed our existing Drone Program, which has set us on a path to safer, more efficient & effective job surveying! He prefers to lead by example & is one of our most skilled problem-solvers. Outside of MSS, Kyle is a husband & father to two young girls. He values his time with family, working out, playing music, & releasing positive art into the world, in various forms.

Chris has recently transitioned from our GIA/Interconnection department to our Service Team! In Chris’s past career, she spent 23 years at Consumers Energy before joining MSS, where she has dedicated nearly two years to the shared mission. Beyond Chris’s professional commitments, she finds relaxation in travel and yard work.
